The company was founded by Luigi VERGNANO towards the latter part of the war in 1944, producing standart and special milling cutters, gear cutting hobs and drills.
Following a major investment in 1949, the company began producing taps on a much larger scale. Tap production became the largest part of the company's turnover.
The company has continued to develop and grow from several production locations until the opening of its current production facility at Corso Olia.
