In the AUTORADIAL the movement of the slide feed is obtained holding back the driving flange during the chuck rotation.
The plug supplied with the K-NC kit is applied to a fixed part around the chuck holders respecting the indicated limits.

Autoradial can also work as a tool changer.

A range of facing heads with automatic feed and a rapid return of the tool slide without having to stop or reverse the spindle of the machine tool.
Produced in three models: AR 100, AR125, and AR 160; these have a feed and rapid return. To change the feed rate an inter changeable blocking gear (F) is provided , optional, for feed rate in mm/rev of: 0,05; 0,10; 0,20; 0,40; 0,60 and a rapid return of 0,80mm/rev.
The interchangeable taper adopts the same fixing system as the MHD' modular system. A simple attachment to the toolholder on the slide favours the construction of special tool holders.

AUTORADIAL are applicable on machining centres and NC machines without the need of any electronic interface. They automatically execute a working cycle of Facing, Back- Facing, internal or external grooving for spring washers and O-rings, record spiral cutting on flanges.
The cycle is composed of the working feed and the quick return of the slide without ever stopping or reversing the rotation of the spindle. To reset the cycle, simply reverse the spindle rotations for a few revolutions.
